Tricks and tips on how to cook chicken

We often hear that it is better to boil sausages before grilling them. Not in the case of sausages from La Ferme. You can bake them on parchment paper and turn half way through cooking to obtain a uniform colour. But personally, I prefer cooking them in a pan which makes them even better!
